"Host was very helpful and responsive"

Great place, very clean, spacious and close to the port. We used it as a layover coming by ferry and having to leave early following morning so essentially just had a shower and slept there. Host was very helpful and responsive, helped us get parking and provided all necessary information to get to the place without any issues.

Alexandros home is brand new with a modern style. The house is a smart home. Easy to navigate. It was a quick stay for us but wanted to stay longer. He left us a bottle of wine. A nice touch.Only a 10 minute walk to the port.

A beautiful apartment freshly renovated with a fine taste. Very comfortable. A warm owner welcomes you a warm welcome. Very close to trains and many buses stop. Very calm street. Very close to commodities and shopping.If I return to Athens/Piraeus, i will definitely check the availability of this apartment first.

"Would definitely stay here again"

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location is incredible. Near the ferry, metro, farmers market, terrific shopping and restaurants! We arrived late by ferry, and within minutes we walked to the condo. It's SUPER clean! I like to cook, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make "greek dishes". Communication was good. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was close to electric - metro so you could move easily if you wanted to explore Athens without transportation. The owner is impeccable and friendly to communicate. The apartment is spotless and complete. I would definitely prefer it again

I had a great stay in this apartment. It felt very safe for a solo traveller (4th floor with an elevator), was clean and comfortable and had some lovely extra touches. Would recommend!

This apartment totally matches the photos that are posted here. The apartment is really completely renovated, new, modern and interestingly designed. The apartment is big and the person does not have the feeling of a tightened space, the location of the accommodation is pleasant in terms of parking - it depends on what time you arrive, otherwise there are different parking houses around which take about 5€ per day. The apartment was clean, fragrant - the communication with Katerina was great, quick, and always helpful. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and we definitely recommend it further!!! :) the only minus we put them behind the mattress on the bed, it is definitely about a habit for many - however, it was quite soft, so it caused that the person did not lie straight, but he lay one half of the body more down and the other half of the body more up, which of course affected all night and sleep

This apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated! All brand new, completely renovated apartment. It’s in an excellent location for Ferry travel and/or visiting Pireaus. I wish we could have stayed longer! Alexandros was lovely & hospitable with a nice vibe. He greeted us at the door, gave us a bottle of wine, chocolate, apples & bottled water. I highly recommend and will definitely return. Thank you Alexandros!
