Katerina was really friendly and the place was big , comfy and warm , definitely would recommend to visit if you are looking for a place to stay in Pireaus, the metro station is also really close!

"Would book it again in a heartbeat!"

If you are looking for a place in Athens and Alexandros's place is available, look no further and book it! It's like hitting the jackpot. We arrived at night after a long day of travel and it was like coming home. Welcomed by a sparkling clean apartment and a bottle of wine it was exactly what we needed. It is within a stone's throw from the ferries. We stayed there with 3 adults, a 4 year old and our 5 month old baby comfortably.

This was such an amazing stay! It was so close to the port. Unfortunately we only spent a night but we would definitely come back!

Katrina was very helpful, responsive and nice. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. It was located by the port and was perfect for us as we were taking a ferry the next day and we’re able to walk there. Katrina let us check in early and was helpful with information regarding the area and also how to find our gate for the ferry. She also gave us all the information we needed regarding the apartment including the wi-fi and turning on the hot water heater. She was also kind enough to help us set up our transportation at our next stop in Milos from the port to our hotel.

The apartment is totally new, super tastefully decorated, I immediately felt comfortable.It is 200 meters from the stop of the shuttle buses that brought me to my boat.

This apartment totally matches the photos that are posted here. The apartment is really completely renovated, new, modern and interestingly designed. The apartment is big and the person does not have the feeling of a tightened space, the location of the accommodation is pleasant in terms of parking - it depends on what time you arrive, otherwise there are different parking houses around which take about 5€ per day. The apartment was clean, fragrant - the communication with Katerina was great, quick, and always helpful. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and we definitely recommend it further!!! :) the only minus we put them behind the mattress on the bed, it is definitely about a habit for many - however, it was quite soft, so it caused that the person did not lie straight, but he lay one half of the body more down and the other half of the body more up, which of course affected all night and sleep

Another amazing stay at Alexandros’s apartment! It is so conveniently located from the ferry port! Within a ten minute walk after a long ferry ride, you can live in luxury! If you are going to or from the airport, it is also located near the airport bus stop as well as the Pireas metro station. (Within a ten minute, flat walk).The apartment is spacious and well-appointed. It has a huge and modern full kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. There is strong wifi, AC and a nespresso machine. Checkin is easy, and Alexandros is a great host! Thanks so much for another quality stay in your beautiful apartment!

"Absolute recommendation"

The place surprised me extremely as the area right by the harbor is a little different from what I expected.The contact with Katarina was excellent and we were even able to enter the apartment a little earlier than the check-in.Absolute recommendation if you would like to stay directly at the harbor of Piraeus and want to have a 2-minute walk to the ferry harbor.
